It has been 4 months!!! - I cannot believe it has really been 4 months since I last wrote something on here😕😕.
Anyways, Happy new year and welcome to 2024 .
I am okay, I promise. I have decided to start my own new year in April so bear with me. Okay?😊.
Few months ago, I was thinking what my last newsletter for the year was going to be *When I thought I will start my new year in January tho*🤭🤭🤭.
2023 was a long year for me. I experienced life from a different lens. I find it really interesting how you have no idea what the next second is going to hold. This is really coming from someone who makes a lot of life scenarios in their head despite the uncertainty of life and everything around it - You go paint scenarios tire and the unexpected will still happen to you 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I had to wake up to change my life plans because life said, “You are not doing this” and making certain decisions because life said, “What is the worst that can happen?”.
Not sure what the message in this letter will be for you but one key thing I was reminded of in 2023 was that we can only control what we can and deal with what we cannot whenever they happen.
You need to allow yourself to fail, to cry , to feel all of emotions and uncertainties that comes with life.
Sadly, the world does not wait for you to be okay. Picking yourself up will always be your sole responsibility.
2023 was the year I did not exactly have specific career goals as well, the one time I only wanted to go with the flow and it was not bad to be honest.
If you did not achieve all of your goals in 2023, remember 2024 is a new dawn . You have an opportunity to dream more and do more. Allow yourself to be flexible with your dreams as well because at the end of the day while we can make plans , sometimes life just happens to us - Do not beat yourself when it happens. It is not your fault.
Here is wishing you an amazing 2024 - I will do better with my consistency on here this year😇😇😇 .
